White Makhni Handi by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings Published in: Masala Mornings, Shireen Anwar Ingredients:Boneless Chicken Cubes kgOnions 2 Water 2 cupsGreen Chilies 3 Salt 1 tspWhite Pepper tspBlack pepper (crushed) 1 tspGinger garlic 1 tbspSalt 1 tspCumin (crushed) 1 tspCream cupOil cupButter 2 ozAll Spice 1/2 tspGreen Chilies (chopped) 4Cashew Nuts (ground) 15Char Maghaz 1 tbspYogurt 1 cup Method:Boil onions in 2 cups water with 3 green chilies, 1 tsp salt, and tsp white pepper, now blend it all together.Heat oil in a handi, fry blended onions paste for at least 10 min, add chicken with seasonings, curd, cover and cook till chicken is tender, lastly add ground nuts, cream, butter, chopped green chilies and leave it on dum.
